Bizhub C6000 can not recognize image controller ic 601

I had a problem with a bizhub C6000 that can't recognize image controller IC 601. I try upgading and downgrading the FW but still it can not recognize the image controller. I ordered a new image IC 601 still it can not. I also try bring the both old and new image controller to a good working Machine C6000. It still the same it can not detected the image controls but can detect its own image control IC 601.
