No scan settings

Hi,Can you advice me what to do here? I'm not able to scan, it's saying ''No scan settings'' when pressing scan button on the printer Bizhub 211.

If its got all the scan goodies in, it means it should be able to scan to email. Did you check to see if the SMTP details are there?
