[Misc] Bizhub C252 - Can't turn off colour printing when printing from PC

Hi,
I cannot seem to find a way of permanently turning off the printing in colour option. I can change to BLACK only, on the machine but when I goto print from my laptop, it ignores BLACK ONLY and prints colour.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you are setting this on the copier? Sounds like your just setting the copy default setting.

From the print driver on your laptop you need to go to printer preferences and set to grayscale. This should default the print driver to black only.

Try the PCL driver if you are currently using the PS driver. It will give you more options

Also a long time ago I seen a C360 override the greyscale setting and print color. This was when printing from a special application. In this case even the mono driver would print in color.

Have you tried from from a different application .

please download the pcl driver from website.
