You have to turn the options off in service mode, look under finisher settings. Hole punch and Zfolder are set there.

Hi, I got this machine in my workshop connected with a fs527. On the display penal it displays messages " Hole Punch cannot be used currently", " Z-Fold cannot be used currently", Post inserter cannot be used currently".
When I remove the finisher the messages still remain also the finisher does not have those options that does z-fold, hole punch or post insertion.

I have upgraded the machine firmware but not the finisher firmware. I am suspecting a finisher firmware could be the issue. But before updating firmware, I would like to ask any tech that may have came across the similar problem to assist with some ideas.
