    Bizhub C224

    Hi All

    Just got a C224 back into going to refurb and put back out, but it seems to be missing the smtp Tx email setting can this be switched off ???. was customers IT people that done all the previous work on it

      No smtp settings no
      - scan to mail
      - mail notification of status/counters...

          Are you looking for it in Pagescope web connection.

          I seen missing or unchoosable options when using certain web browsers. Try a different browser such as firefox

              Make sure that the hard drive works and is set in System 2. If there is no HDD there is no scanning.

                  got it thanks to all, tried it in Fire Fox and hey presto its there
