Cant get blank page removal working

Set blank page removal detection to max detect

Re adjust the adf

Running latest firmware released last week

No other techs have had this issue

Does it regardless of whether the flat bed scanner or the CIS is the unit scanning the blank page

The scanned blank page is spotless when viewing the scanned pdf

Checked bulletins and found nothing

Please help

Fyi its fixed

Turned off CCD calibration on BACK side

known issue, there IS a bulletin on it.

i still dont understand why this fixes it though considering some times the blank page is scanned by the flat bed scanner and therefore nothing to do with CES?
