C450 stuck on KM logo

Hi All,
I have a C450 stuck on the KM logo, I have reset data and installed the latest firmware. When installing firmware the scanner firmware ran for an hour and never finished. This customer called me later last night and informed me that he gets code CDC50 every once in a while. the customer will restart the copier and the code goes away till next time.

That is kind of what I thought and was going reset the nvram but I can't find my nvram recovery card or the file 4037-F000-GCN-G4-000. if anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it.

According to the service manual the error C-DC50 pertains to trouble related to security. Does the mfp ever get past the four pillars at startup?

The copier gets past the hour glass and comes to the logo and the display gets stuck but the machine seems to still run and add toner and come to the ready state but still has the logo.

Went back out to customer and installed the following boards MFPC, CF, Lan , Hard drive. When I did this I got the same results it stays at the logo page. If I pull the fax card and pulls a code then I can enter service mode.
