Make sure you have a good surge protector on it. I kept getting the same df code on a copystar 300i once. Replaced several parts. Surge protector fixed it.
Error code C3423, I know this is fuser error. It will reset while holding down utility key when turning on. May last a day or two then code comes back. I tried new fuser but still doing it. I doubt is is a board as listed in manual because it is so intermittent.
