C3110 no start the Display, Panel and scanner no function.

hi Guys

I have a bizhub C3110 and in turned one I see on the screen only the pixels (no backlight)and the controll pannel get no answer, scaner also does not come on. After repeatedly off and on she goes complet again. In turn, the man listens componenten normal as ever, only the upper part does not turn on, no lamps.
what can I do?

How did you go with this?
We are having the same issue as we speak and the Tech had escalated this to Konica.
They tried the firmware and then also a format of the SSD. Konica have advised to replace the SSD board.

Replace PWB PN: A6DTH01004

problem is solved

The SSDB is the complet board (PWB+PRCB) ??? no can see in the Parts Manual.
change PRCB= not solved
change PWB= solved
