    Taskalfa 3051Ci. Panel Down....

    Hi guys
    we experience a big problem in our office...
    This Task 3051 Ci works fine as a printer but the panel is inactive.
    we replaced Main/engine/entire panel/wires/Low Voltage PSU.
    Still the same problem: the printer work fine, Command Center is ok but no panel...only the green LEDs are working.

      With everything that has been done, I would check to make sure that the panel has not been "locked". If you log into the device and then look at "Security Settings", then "Device security" you should see on that page a section that allows locking the operation panel, it should show as "Unlock"

          I will suggest that you upgrade the firmware of the machine to the latest version.

              I'm assuming that yalex has updated the firmware at least 3 times, since you have to reload firmware whenever changing boards on a Kyocera.

              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Had one straight out of box do something similar. Check the wiring that comes out of the panel right at the frame. Mine was pinched. Haven't seen it since but it was there. Also had one that was just bad. But guess you checked that already. If you've done everything else I'd check the wiring.
