I have a CS 3050ci thats having a light copy issue. The prints come out perfect but the copies are just horrible. I have updated the firmware, cleaned the glass, the mirrors and checked the ribbon cables and connectors. I have also done the U411 with the test chart 7505000005 and still nothing has changed. The manual is suggesting replacing PWBs but I was hoping there maybe something im overlooking.
