its any idea for this error in the manual said main motor problem our there any part that cause this error such as engine bord or power supply board etc..

Check the drum and developer to see if they are turning freely. Usually it is something in the drive system that is locked up or binding. -

Drum unit can seize up triggering this c2000. Remove drum and turn it by hand to check.

After checking things out as suggested, if all components driven by the Main Motor are found to be turning freely, try running the Main Drive motor from within Maintenance Mode U030 (selection A)..
Check connector YC 7 -- pin #5 on the Engine Board while executing U030..
If the voltage on pin #5 goes low while executing U030 and your motor does not turn --- Then replace your motor..
If the voltage on pin #5 does NOT go low while executing U030 --- Then replace your Engine PWB..
