[Error Code] Kyocera P6021dn Message on workstation when printing to printer

This message (attached) "Status monitor not working" shows up when printing to the P6021 printer. Once you clear the message it will go ahead and print. It is annoying to the customer and they want to get rid of it... Any Ideas would be a great help... Thanks so much....

Uninstall the status monitor with the driver setup program.

Can right click on the print driver and select "Printing Preferences".. Select the "Advanced" tab within printing preferences, and click on the "Status Monitor" button.. Once in there, you can de-select the Status Monitor check box..
