I have 3 units of Kyocera Task Alfa (TA) 2200 (and 1 unit of TA1800), unfortunately the one unit TA2200 is not functioning. To make the story short, an ex-Kyocera technician checked the defective unit, he swapped the main board from the other good unit into the defective one and luckily the unit was revived to printing. The technician then advised that I have 2 options, buy the new main board or secure a FirmWare and install or run it into the defective board. Since we did not use consumables from Kyocera outlets (due to financial reason) we are not allowed to transact with them in most cases.
