When copying duplex, the feeder runs fine, but everytime when the pages in the original tray are few, when the page is reversed for scanning the 2nd side (which it scans first), and is supposed to be fed back into the feeder towards the slit glass, instead of the page passing behind the guide with the mylar strip, it goes infront of this guide and jams on the reverse sensor.
This happens 99% when the pages in the original tray are few. only once or twice did this happen while there were still many pages in the original tray.
My question, besides for what the cause of the problem could be, why do all 30 pages copy with no problem, but anywhere from the last 10 pages or so does this happen.
