Wide Format Copier makes stripes (Point Source Ci 8020)

Hello,

thanks for helping out! I'm from Germany so please excuse my english.

I have a Kyocera Mita Pointsource Xi820 wich "prints" white stripes.
I don't think it is the scanner which is broken because it doesn't matter whether you scan a A4 and print it in A0 or Scan A0 and print it to A0. Its always the same white stripes in the same place (see pictures).
I already put to cans of Toner/Color in it. It came here by car, the first 10-15 copies were all right.

Does anyone has an idea?

I think during transport there is either debree on laser / LED array (haven't worked on this machine.) And is not exposing to drum.

Or the develper is not spread properly.

I tried to open the copier, but I'm not a mechanic.
I thought about the developer as well
Any tips how to solve the problem? How to get to the laser to clean it?

remove your cleaning unit and clean the fibre optics.its your fibre thats blocked by toner .hope this will sort this problem.
