Mainly we work with sharp, but one customer has also two kyocera machines (fs-9530 and fs-9130). If I look good, should be similar or same machines, different speed...
Machines metters are about 1,7-1,8milion prints. Couple days ago we perform maintenance - changing MK701 kit.
On one machine customer complain that machine very often show message "load tray" even tray is in position and paper is inside (present), second machine show some error code couple times (call service and some message).
So, if someone has some troubleshooting or error code list I would be very grateful.
Also, if you have some tips about machine write to me.
