I've a number of 265ci's which I need to factory reset so they can be redeployed, but I need to clear the log files, in the past I've used U21 to clear them, but the ones I have now U021 is not listed in the service menu.
the ones in the past seem to have the exact firmware version as these. does anyone know why U021 is not listed?, or how can I reset the logs as I've tired every option in the service menu and web interface.
or if possible does anyone have the latest firmware for a 265ci that I can try ?
