Does this happen with both copies and prints or only copies? If it is only copies do a grey scale adjustment. If it is both copy and printing you can check out the contacts for the HVU2 board located behind the left side cover. Clean the toner dusting off the contacts and see if that helps. Had one a few months ago that showed similar symptoms for cyan that was corrected by removing the HVU2 and cleaning the contacts. Hope this helps.

        Thanks Santa!

        Print problem of course.
I'm gona check the contacts.Do you think new developer would help? It seems like a lack of a starter in the developer.

          OEM of course.
Never try emergency procedure! Why would do that? Machine is just fine without errors. Is this often happening with kyocera?
At Canon for 20 years, never having trouble upgarding firmware.

          Thanks Finger!

You may be dealing with dirty laser slit glass or even a dirty polygon mirror (2 lasers 1 for C,Y 1 for K,M) for the washed out prints. make sure to clean the MC's as well.
If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

Good Luck ... You'll need it! HAHAHA!

I thought about that, but it seems illogical to me because the machine is 20 months old in clean office.
Any thoughts why won't start with upgrading? USB is ok.I have feeling, there are some files in the original folder more then required ?

I've had a TON of trouble with this model line with transfer belts getting plugged, then causing every sort of calibration issue as the toner junk traveling around the belt sets off the ID sensors. Try either cleaning the transfer belt cleaning screw, or a new belt and then recalibrating everything. You'll likely notice an improvement in quality.

That machine generating a lot of C7620 hidden codes?

I second the idea of a bad belt assy.Had an issue where the belt pressure assy skipped a couple of gears . No code but output was washed out .
