    2550ci

    I just picked up a new account that wanted to switch to another dealer but the 2550ci when turned on shows the other dealers logo and info. How can I get rid of their logo. I did 024 and 021 no help should I try 002. Help appreciated. Thanks

          What a kick in the gut. Customer switches to you and the first question they ask is something you don't know. I been there..
