    [Jamming] primary paper pick up problem

    Dear all
    I am facing primary paper pick up problem from both the first and second cassette in Kyocera KM2560 digital copier. i have interchanged primary feed units from other machine and paper feed clutches of two cassettes. Still paper doesn't get picked from both the cassettes. The lift motor is lifting the paper upto primary feed rollers in both cassettes.
    I have replaced Engine PCB also but still couldn't resolve the issue.
    I have also tried U906 and U21 in simulation mode.

    Awaiting for your suggestions on this issue.

      can you remove tray 1 and observe the movement of the pickup roller in tray 2? you should be able to see it fire.
      If the pickup roller is not moving but the feed roller is, then check and see if the one way gear that drives the pickup roller is installed in the correct direction.
      If the feed roller is not driving either, then the clutch is not firing or driving for some reason.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  If you remove cassette 1, and look to cassette 2 feed unit, can you see the wheels moving? Does it says "paper misfeed, remove paper tray"
                  Try putting different cassette trays. Had that happen on km2530 and 3530 machines.
