Anyone know of a way to clear the KFS setting on a Kyo printer? On the MFPs you can execute 520 to clear.

Re: KFS
I have not tried it, but my guess is that you would go to the web page and delete the info. -

Re: KFS
In KFS click the down arrow on the top right where it says devices (right beside help), click product downloads and download the device registration diagnostic tool, you can unregister a device using that.Comment

Re: KFS
Just recently had a Kyocera Printer that was offline and couldn't reset it, and the solution by the Technical support was to delete it from KFS and then reset to factory in the Command Center. Worked! The settings that were greyed out, came back and I was allowed to enter the URL and access code.Comment

Re: KFS
If this can be done without the existing code, please let me know here. That would be useful if I encounter a printer I need to reset.Comment

Re: KFS
The only problem with using the DRD tool is that you must know the customer account 8 digit code the device was registered with to be able to enter it into the DRD tool. If the machine was originally entered by another dealer that could be problematic.
