I have seen transfer belt bushing on rear side fall out of the frame of the TX unit cause poor transfer. Is toner genuine Kyocera toner? Generic toner will cause poor fill.

Definitely transfer. Start with reseating all the connectors on the relay PWB. Maybe the actual transfer roller inside the belt is dislodged. It would be nice if you had a spare transfer assembly to swap in. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You say the image is good on the drum, but you have light print on the paper. The transfer does not look good.

The transfer assembly may look good, but the appearance of the assembly doesn't matter. Something isn't right.

All this assumes good image on the drum. It's hard to tell from your pictures if the toner coverage on the drum is really good or not.

Yep, that's a transfer unit. Good or bad? Can't always tell by looking at it. If you have a known good one (from a working machine) try swapping it out. Next step would be checking electrical connections.

Are you using OEM toner? Or is it generic?

Agreed with others, but OP seems didn't answer most important question were light prints BEFORE parts change? It is either tech induced problem or bad transfer/HV. If problem was present before I wouldn't start putting expensive consumables in the machine without considering all possibilities as at some point customers may be pissed off with paying and not getting any better.

Is the toner cartridge OEM or generic? If it is generic that could also be causing your issue.

You either have a transfer or bias problem

Is the laser unit glass clean? Located above the drum unit. If it is, then we have covered mostly all the basis. I would make sure all the factory settings are initialized u021, if that does not resolve your issue, you are looking at a voltage issue.

Did you check the transfer assy spring contact on the copier side? Easy to miss.
