Binding Hopper
Sounds like the recycling section of the toner hopper is binding up and more than likely has broken a gear on one of the toner motors. Does it make clicking or grinding noises? You'll need to vacuum and clean out the recycling section and replace the gear. Reseting the disable function (It's been a while but I think it's sim 96) won't do anygood on this code. Just opening the front door or turning machine off/on resets code 710. -

I don't know if you already tried this, but check the inside of the gears connected to the toner drive motor. Sometimes they can be cracked on the inside, causing the gear to skip on the shaft.Comment
