    3552CI The toner container is not properly installed

    Have one customer usually when they come in the morning this message is appearing. When they open and close the front cover it goes away. Firmware is up to date, sim 159 is set to empty, the toners are all installed properly. The side door switch update has been done.

    Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem

    Have you seen the bulletin RE the sponge spacers inside the toner doors? I070.

        Could this also apply to the CS 3553ci? It is the exact problem one of my customers is having as well.

          I'm seeing this alot on the 3 series as well usually just taking all the toners out then putting them back in works but not sure why.

            There is a modification for the 52 series that is basically a piece of foam that is stuck to the inside of the C, M and Y toner doors/flaps, I've had to do it on a couple of 53 series too.

              When simply re-inserting the toner container fixes the issue for a day or so, these foam pads are usually the fix.

                  Where I can find all service bulletin? Do we have all in one place? I need for Kyocera, Canon and Konica Minolta.

                      If i receive requests regarding this issue with still inbuilt foams, i share additional solution, (created by myself).
