Kyocera Fleet Services adjusting toner reading schedule

Is there a way to schedule a toner reading in KFS to check the toner levels twice a day instead to once a day? We do not want a REPORT to be send to us, just want KFS to check the toner levels twice a day to be seen on the default screen.
