    [Electrical] FS1016MFP restart printing

The Fs1016MFP when I try to print anything starts and hangs with the sheet under the drum or after the fuser and restarts and then gives me scanner stuck error, what can be?
thanks to those who can help me

    What is the exact error/message?

The machine stops as if if there was no voltage it restarts and the sheet continues or stops halfway in the fuser, not giving any error or sometimes from then scanner blocked

When you figure out how to get the error log and consequently the machine generated jam code or error code, only then we will have something to work with.

        I can wait. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It took me about 30 seconds with Google to find this:
How to guides for KYOCERA Devices - The Command Center RX

Or you could just read the service manual.

I found the service manual but it does not lead me to anything, the machine is not accessible from the web, it is only USB

Does copying works ok? is the rebooting issue just when printing from PC?

Copying as printing starts but stops as indicated Mid on fuser or before fuser and it seems someone turns it off and on again the printed part is ok
