The Fs1016MFP when I try to print anything starts and hangs with the sheet under the drum or after the fuser and restarts and then gives me scanner stuck error, what can be?

The machine stops as if if there was no voltage it restarts and the sheet continues or stops halfway in the fuser, not giving any error or sometimes from then scanner blockedComment

When you figure out how to get the error log and consequently the machine generated jam code or error code, only then we will have something to work with.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Does copying works ok? is the rebooting issue just when printing from PC?Defects are simple, our mind is complicatedComment
