Did your problem get resolved?

I have a similar problem with intermittent blue background on a 3550ci, see attached picture of original and copy.

I replaced cyan DV, all 4 drum units, and transfer belt (new oem assemblies) and customer using OEM toners.

The solution was replacing the cyan and magenta DV units. It's worked fine since.

I swapped the cyan and magenta high voltage receptacle (the ones with the 3 spring loaded contacts in each). Still the blue background appeared.

I ordered the HV PCB and will replace.
