[Misc] Printing Error

Have a P2040 when trying to print from DocuSign will print the first page only with an error message in the upper corner "ERROR: invalidcontext OFFENDING COMMAND: show STACK: (!). Prints fine using other programs. Also works fine when printing to KM-4501. Updated the Firmware but no help. Any ideas?
UPDATED - They are printing from a Mac
