    I asked, and the answer was "there is no reset file for this type of machine." However, they gave me a solution that works: performing the manual color registration 15 times with extreme values, which is the same solution that blackcat4866 mentioned above.

      i tried to upload my renamed *.capt file, but i don`t know why i am not able to upload *.txt file >19,5 KB for sharing.
      It`s not allowed to upload files >19,5KB....(my file = 49 KB)
      Anyway, i received *.capt encrypted files for all our A4 Mebius systems to run reset by USB.
      I checked kdc data base and found similar requests from KDA in past and kyocera america received reset files for each request.
      You has to ask your kyo tech again, i think.
