    Kyocera 6052ci Error code c7901

I have a Kyocera 6052ci with Error code c7901. I pulled the drum to clean put it back and this error came up I cleaned the contacts for the drum and even replaced the drum and developer still there the next step is the board. Has anyone else had this problem? I will also need firmware I know there was someone selling the firmware on here in the past or if someone can send me the current firmware that would be great.

I'm going to Assume that it is a board because there is no access to the drum info You cant see the count or serial numbers they are all greyed out

When I go into the system the serial #s for the drums won’t show up its grayed out but if I pull the transfer belt then i get c1950 error BUT then I can see the serial #s in the system put the transfer belt back in and the serial numbers disappear. Also It won’t let me do the firmware update.

                    It could be the SSD.

Did you pull all of the supplies out and reseat them (all drums and dv units and transfer belt)? That normally will clear this error.

Hi to all , we just had exactly the same problem with TA5053 and successfully resolved the problem. Problem was with transfer connect board that was slightly broken several lines broken on board and creating false error like serial drum and dev numbers not visible.
So , take out transfer connect board and check it for crack.

the problem may be with the transfer belt board
when putting the belt back on, this card may break
