For you lucky ducks that get to do this,
We just activated the toner order that pushes a sales quote into E auto. We have seen some interesting behaviour. Does any body have a explanation of what the "Release" and "override" buttons do?
So far we had over 200 orders come in from machines that met our criteria. We moved our sales quote into a order and then went to KFS and released the toner in KFS. The little filing cabinet that indicates a order has been pushed into E auto disappeared, it showed released in KFS and the next day it put another order into sales quotes the next day! 😅. The KFS manual is pretty vague on what to do.
Then i got machines that have a order placed in E auto but the filing cabinet is missing says "Order/Quote not requested"
So far our workflow has been to leave the order request in KFS, if we see any toners that should be added to the order, (black is being ordered but yellow is at 37%) we check that toner off and hit the override button to show we have sent a toner with that order. KFS does clear the filing cabinet off when you replace a toner as we tested it on a machine in the field that was ordering a black toner that met threshold of 30% but the yellow was at 50%. We replaced both toners and it worked as we think it should.
Any insight would be awesome!
Thanks
