Hi, We have a Kyocera M6526CDN that is now throwing the F375 error on boot after bumping the Fax button while closing the lid during a (Y) Toner change.
Apparently this is a common problem.
Hoping someone can help with the latest Firmware?
The printer has done less then <6000 prints so would hate to have to bin it.
Current Firmware is...
System - 2PW_2F00.002.102
Engine - 2PV_1000.003.002
Scanner - 2PV_1200.001.003
Panel - 2KX_7000.000.002
Removing the Fax card allows the printer to print. Placing it back returns the error.
Apparently a common issue addressed in a later firmware update as reported by other users on the net and even in a YouTube video.
Hopefully someone can help out on this.
