    MA4500ci jams J5011

    MA4500ci jams J0511
    I have several of these machines that are jamming a lot of very intermittent
    Low copy count machine under 5k J0511 , replaced primary feed tires.
    Is anyone else see jamming on this series machine MA4500ci

      Is it J501 ? I don't see a J5011 in the manual.
