Good Day Ya'll
I've recently started having issues with sending scans (both via feeder and flatbed) to anyone's email.
We are utilizing Outlook/Office365 Online for our e-mail access.
Just as of 2 weeks ago, every other or every other other scan will give us a 4803 error.
From online research, this points to an SSL Certification issue. I do not see how an Office 365 account would have an SSL Cert issue.
We have not made any recent physical or software configuration changes.
In the meantime, I would also like to update the firmware on the printer as I'm sure it's out of date and there are bug fixes along the way.
I tried searching benevolent google for the answer on how to do so to no avail.
I do have Net Viewer, and know how to upload the firmware but getting a updated version seems to be impossible.
Our version info:
Command Center Ver: 2N9_2000.004.505
System : 2N9_2000.004.505
Engine : 2N7_1000.004.002
Panel: 2N4_7000.004.501
Scanner: 2N4_1200.003.001
FAX: 3N6_5100.B06.001
Thanks again for your time,
