Kyocera 3252ci - Developer issues/horizontal stripes/Barber Polling

Hi there,
Kyocera 3252ci
I have an issue with the horizontal stripes (Barber polling) on black prints - Replaced the black dev and now working ok. But after reading some of the posts I fear the issue may reoccur.
Now having issues with the Magenta dev.
All new drums except for the Magenta drum (Original drum)
I suspect dev issue as a result of drums exceeding their replacement life.
Has anyone got any further thoughts or resolutions for this?

Bad laser unit. Partially stuck on and pulling black dev out.
