Kyocera M2040dn paper jams

Hi,

Customer called for having jams sometimes, mostley on cass2, but recently also on cass 1
Changed the pickups and feed rollers from both cassettes.

Still having occasionally (!) jams with error J0511 and J4211
Not much experience with this model, none actually . .

Probably a sensor or clutch isssue here?

Any help from experienced kyo engineers is welcome
