Kyocera fs-c8525 When turned on, all the motors and fans start spinning. After that, Error 6930 appears

• Code: 6930
• Description:IH related cooling fan motor error
  The alarm signal was detected for 5 seconds continuously during operation.
• Causes : Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector.
• Remedy : Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, replace the cable. Container / IH coil fan motor and relay connector * and engine PWB(YC21) *:Insertion of the above-mentioned relay connector is checked. IH fan motor and engine PWB(YC24)
  Defective cooling fan motor. Replace the container / IH coil fan motor or the IH fan motor.
  Defective PWB. Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation.

As I already wrote: All fans are running (spinning). But I measured the voltage while turning on the MFP on the fuser, the multimeter shows "0".

It's not on the oven, it's a fan in the machine.
It's a bit of a hassle to change it.
