KM Net Viewer not discovering devices

    KM Net Viewer not discovering devices

    Anyone have this happen? I went to a place to swap a machine and it found both devices and when I went to swap the information it just sat there and wouldn't do anything. I started the process over and it wouldn't even find either device after that.

    I brought the old machine to our office and connected to our network and used my desktop PC and it found it fine, deleted the device and tried to find it again and now my desktop won't find it. Both my desktop and laptop find the machines in our office with no issues at all. I checked all of the settings in the machine and they appear to be correct.

    Any ideas on why it will find it once and the not at all after that?

      And now my laptop won't discover anything at all on our network.

          Check in Kmnetveiwer once you delete the device it puts it into ignore status its in one of the dropdowns

          Look for your deleted device I think its in discovery its been awhile since I've used it.

                      Also just a heads up, some of the newer machines wont show up/be discovered unless netviewer is at the latest version. Got bit by this in the field and didnt even know there was an updated version recently
