Try checking the "Print as image" box. I think it may under "Properties" in the Adobe print dialogue, don't remember exactly.

CBOUCHER is correct. It's under the advanced tab at the bottom when you hit print. It's an Adobe issue. You could install the PDF direct print utility.

It's after the Advanced button on the front of the print driver. Unfortunately it cannot be set as a default, so Print As Image must be selected each time a pdf is printed.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Download and install KX driver if you haven't already. Once installed go to properties/device settings. and click on the PDL button change the setting to PCL5

Try going to Device Settings, PDL, make sure KPDL is highlighted, click Settings, make sure the box for "Allow data passthrough" is unchecked. This has solved many printing issues, especially with Adobe.
