Just curious, why did you change the voltage and what voltage did you change exactly?

If it was me, I would put everything back the way it was before adjustments (DC voltage back to where it was originally, original developer unit).

I would take out the yellow drum unit and clean the charger roller with water and a clean rag. Put it back in and see if there is a change.

If there was no change, I would exchange the yellow drum unit with the cyan drum unit and see if there was light blue instead of light yellow.

If the problem follows the the drum unit, it's the drum unit.

If not, there is something else going on. But now you have a better understanding of what it not the problem.

Please do not change DC offset values, chances are calibration cycle will reset any changes you make anyway.
'4' Series uses new DV style not subject to failures of old hybrid units.

The abnormal image (Faint image, horizontal streaks) might occur when the transfer bias is not impressed properly due to the contact failure of the spring terminals that connect the transfer high voltage PWB to the primary and secondary transfer units. The assembly of the transfer terminal cover and spring terminals are set up as service parts to improve the replacement work when it occurs.

Ensure all plastic retaining clips holding cover to HVT PWB are firmly snapped in place. Check that springs are firmly contacting.

If connection cannot be re-established, replace the transfer terminal cover assembly - 302XC94370 PARTS TC TERMINAL ASSY

Hi! I forget to say i swapped Yellow Drum and Cyan Drum, no change. Copier is new, only around 70 pages.

Well really you should check existing part first as some connections may have come loose in shipping.

Replacement is tricky and can create more problems with so many connections by springs clips and screws. You could create more problems.

can you prove if the yellow developer is actually turning?

                    i agree with PrintWhisperer.
Last week i have had 25ppm out of the box with missing magenta.
Technicians had swapped dk, dv and HVT pwb.
For analysing i removed magenta mc and got full solid magenta printout.
Finally i found factory mistake/ wrong connected FFC for APC pwb on main pwb.
In past we have had several issues on new systems because of factory mistakes.
