    Kyocera Mita FS-4100DN

Kyocera Mita FS-4100DN. After replacing fuser everything seems to work but when you turn printer on it produces 2 loud clicks coming from the fuser area.
What did I do wrong? Please help.

Did you rotate the fuser by hand to see if you can hear the noise?

Fit the old fuser back see if you still get the noise.

Also be sure to check the gears in the transmission section

Try to take out the fuser. Look on the right hand side. You should see a black plastic cam in the up position. Plug the printer in until it rotates downward. Then rip the plug out and reinstall.
