@KYOOEM: We are sorry for the comments made by this person.

When asking for help providing, reading, and understanding reports from the machine is your first most basic responsibility as someone who IS paid to figure out YOUR problems. You've been given some things to check and try, best you do that.

Heaving criticism on those HELPING only demoralizes them from helping the next guy and hurts us all.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it.
I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon and stand the post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you're entitled to!

All you have done is have criticism me on here, Yikes. Like I have said we reached out to kyocera in April and they still do not have any answers for us at this moment so I made this post to see if anyone out there has seen the same issues. I have only asked questions and give information and tried to clarify what I am and have said/seeing. Again like I said we will be looking into the info KYO as provided us. Idk why we have to attack people on here personally about their skills and knowledge that is why most of us are here to try and broaden our knowledge and to get answers or help people. We are open for more info from others that have ideas on this issue.

Update our kyocera ticket has been escalated to Kyocera engineering

i am professional tech and answers like this one are not unknown for me. (it`s daily business)

Kyo tech will tell him if 1,37 meters and 6,9 seconds needed for 1 color page, the amount of dk + dv refresh must increase.

I don`t know his way of calculation, but if you can reach 25.000 pages by 5% coverage how he will reach 1.9 by 9,27%?
Without calculator and only using my brain, the result must be nearby 50%.

By the way: in future he will ask Kyo regarding C6600 because the fuser will never reach the expected lifetime from 600K

Let`s forget it and we are looking forward to the next requests

No has mentioned this, so I'm just going to throw it out. It may have relevance, it may not.

Have you checked the color table that the machine is set (U485 Set Image Process Mode > Color Table)?

I always check and install color tables if they are not there. Kyocera has been better about the color tables being preinstalled lately. Usually depends on the model series. When I do check the color table, I always choose TYPE_RH for print and copy. I have found I get the best toner yields while maintaining good color for the customer.

Like I said, this may have relevance, it may not.

Thank you for the helpful feed back I will pass that along to have them look at this and see if using TYPE_RH helps the color toner usage on this one.

For the record, I have interacted with Kyo and Print Whisperer a million times with no problem whatsoever. In fact, they are two of the best Kyocera techs on this site, along with blackcat. I advise the OP to read their posts clearly and respond accordingly.

If you're a Kyocera tech, these are the 3 people that you don't want to piss off. In no particular order.

Just want some clarifications on this setting since this one is new to me and before we send someone all the way out to the other one to give them more info. I took a look at a 2554ci and I see there is two Color Tables, color table1(Prn) and color Table2(Prn). I see TYPE_RH under both of them, do you select them and hit start or is it being there without being selected good you think? What do you do? Thanks
