    3552ci mpt alignment

    Good morning

Customer is trying to print an image on labels. The image is too low on the label. I have adjusted mm34 on both mpt(L) and mpt (L) 3/4 speed. I can move the image up and down the page in maintenance mode and on copies but not while printing from a PC. Is there a setting to make the machine use printer settings vs PC settings? I'm not sure what im missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

Does not sound like printer side. Check drivers. What are they printing from? PDF, word, google docs.... try a different format and see if anything changes.

You know how it is, customers always blame the copier. 😂
They print pdf files and word but also from a program their company uses.
I'll test different formats and files and try to pin point which is the one is giving them issues.

        Any other suggestions are welcomed.😁

Print to PDF and save the file to a flash drive and print from it. That eliminates any possibility of the driver causing it.
          Hope that helps !
