Kyocera 5052ci blue background only when printing color

There's a blue background only when printing color.
Ran several DV and drum refreshes. Checked DV push button locks. Color only 128K and Blk 28K
    See samples

What have you done so far? Have you swapped drums around to eliminate the drum from the equation? Do you have another machine you can swap the dev in/out?
Looks like you may have lost dev bias, so possibly a HVT or connection issue.

If you have another drum and DV unit, I'd try swapping and see if it corrects the problem.

Be wary of the secondary transfer roller in the door, You may have solved an issue and the transfer roller has picked up the toner and is continuing to make the pages blue.

You need to try a new drum and/or developing unit, preferably both together. I suspect that the cyan developer is overtoning.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
