      I'm just trying to clarify:

Does the customer want to copy photos or print photos? It is a standard function on the Voyager to be able to print from USB memory. Any USB memory, no special gadgetry required.

Or are you talking about manipulating files using the MFP? You can conceivable copy a file from a USB stick into a Document Box on the hard drive, then copy it back onto another USB stick.

Or are you trying to scan to USB memory? The Voyager will not do that. But that function is available on the new TASKalfa.

Which would you like to do? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You can print from the root directory of the USB stick on the Voyager models. The new TASKalfa color lets you use the USB for print/scan with access to the directories on the USB stick.

Well then your solution would be to buy a USB card reader. $13 at Staples for a MS Pro card reader.

Or if you keep searching, you can find a USB card reader that takes every type of memory card.
