    Kyocera C3232E

    Hey guys,
I have a customer that has a issue with the copier switching from portrait to landscape during the middle of the copying job for no apparent reason.
    The copier has two trays
    1st tray 8x11
    2st tray 11x 17
I turned off APS mode to get them going for now, but the issue is not resolved.
Has anyone seen anything like that?

    Thanks

Also been an issue with the cassette width sensors. Take apart and clean width detection. Also add tension to the spring fingers. If all else fails change defaults to lock in paper size.
