I don't know why I had this happen, or if anyone else will, but I would be remiss not to mention it. I recently had a CS-C3232 throw a C6030 code and replaced the fuser. The code returned immediately and would not clear, but kept coming back. Upon testing both fusers and finding they both worked, I went back to the suspect machine, reinstalled the old fuser unit and reset the code with the left upper cover opened. This prevented the machine from faulting out. I actuated the left cover switch manually to see if the fuser heaters came on. Bingo. They came on, the code did not return and thus far the machine has opperated well. I don't know what, if anything, having the left cover open while clearing the code did for this situation. I just know that multiple attempts to clear the code before this procedure netted me nothing. Just thought I'd mention it.

What you describe is good policy on most Kyocera machines. Especially if the error code blocks entry into service mode to clear the error. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
