F030 When printing FS-3820N
To be more specific, we are getting an F030 error when printing to a FS-3820N from a real estate software program called "Pro Gold i2". I am used to seeing this error, the main board error, and first i did system and engine firmware. But the error occurs again when printing a report from said program. It's fine from ALL other programs from multiple computers, only errors from this one program. I tried using PCL5 emulation on the driver, and PCL6 emulation on the printer. I also tried using KPDL emulation with the driver, and KPDL-Auto emulation on the printer. Any other suggestions? The program seems normal enough, might do a little more research into the details of the software if i have time, am juggling other service calls as well. He said it also errors when this print job is sent to a KM-1650, but i did not make him recreate the problem on that machine just yet. Oh yeah, the server the software is on is running Server 2003, the workstation we are RDPing in from is XP pro.
