TASKalfa Network fax

Anybody know of a way to insert paper copy header page into the network fax? What I'm looking for is a way to insert a header page that the client used before getting the TASKalfa. He has a paper copy of it, and might have it as a Word document. Is there a way to convert this page into a format recognized by the network fax, and then modify the fields we need?

Because quite frankly the models included with the network fax aren't exactly pretty, and my client tried making a new one with the tool provided and doesn't like the outcome.
